Pronam Chatterjee founded BluePi in 2012 and is accountable for BluePi’s engineering standard and its customer outcomes. He writes and speaks publicly on data platforms and AI systems in live workflows, and his writing on inference paths and evaluation practice appears throughout this site’s technical guides.

Kaushik Khanna leads growth at BluePi and works across customer relationships, alliances, and commercial development. He brings 20 years of experience building business systems and a close interest in cloud and data engineering. He applies that system-level view to customer problem framing and long-term relationships.

Anjna Bhati leads technology at BluePi and has deep domain experience in retail and financial services. She has led customer programs that connect technology choices to operating change. Anjna is a named inventor on Indian patent 388811 for a retail demand forecasting system, held by BluePi.

Gaurav Sharma leads delivery across execution, practice development, stakeholder management, and talent development. He brings two decades of experience, including work at NatWest and Xerox, with responsibility across digital programs, partnerships, distributed stakeholders, and teams in multiple geographies.

Gaurav Batra owns the choices that decide what BluePi builds next: which practices to invest in, which customer problems to enter, and when to walk away. His prior work spans venture building and operating roles across technology businesses in India.
