Server and security logs
Cloudflare and the website hosting layer can process internet protocol addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, security signals, and request outcomes. BluePi uses this information to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and understand aggregate service health.

Contact inquiries
When you submit the contact form, BluePi stores the name, work email, organization, role, problem description, systems, requested time frame, source page, browser user agent, a salted hash of the network address, and Turnstile verification evidence. The raw network address and Turnstile response token are not stored in the inquiry record. Contact inquiries are retained for at most 180 days unless an approved business process requires earlier deletion or applicable obligations require a different period.

Analytics cookies and consent
When analytics is enabled, the website asks for consent before loading Google Analytics. Selecting Accept all permits analytics storage used to understand aggregate site usage. Selecting Decline all keeps analytics storage denied and prevents the analytics script from loading. The website stores the consent choice in browser local storage so it can honor the preference on later visits.

Cookie choices
You can decline optional analytics cookies from the notice and reopen Cookie settings from the website footer when analytics is enabled. You can also remove stored website data or restrict cookies through your browser settings. Declining analytics does not prevent access to public website content.

Service providers and external websites
The website uses Cloudflare for delivery, security, Turnstile verification, and Pages Functions; Supabase for approved contact-inquiry storage; and Google Analytics only after consent when measurement is enabled. Links to external websites are governed by the privacy practices of those websites.

Online privacy policy scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through this website. It does not describe information collected offline, through customer delivery engagements, recruitment systems, or other channels that have their own notices and operating processes.

Consent and updates
Using the public site does not by itself grant analytics consent. Analytics consent is recorded only when you select Accept all. BluePi can update this policy when website processing or service providers change; the updated date identifies the current published version.
